I think the main takeaway from the last time we saw this was:

1. If you think your $19.99 Yeti tumbler is all you need, congrats, you're a coffee philistine and this deal isn't for you.

2. Yes, their customer service is great and will help you with any issues you have -

3. Which is important, because their quality control is peepee poopoo and you'll be lucky if the mug continues working after a year.

This mug worked perfectly for me the first year. Soon after, the coating on the bottom inside of the mug started to flake off. Customer service told me it happens and offered me a coupon towards a new cup. I was a little disappointed since I knew about this happening to others which is why I was very careful when washing it.

We've had our two for over a year. No flaking on either; only issue thus far was a pogo pin on the coaster was stuck.

I will say the app is trash. Initially works but they will not reconnect to the phone unless you reset and repair the mug. But once you get the temperature there's no real reason to use the app.

Check Instacart. I was able to get one for $87. If you have any promotions on your instacart account, you can even get it for lesser price.

I know several people who bought these. All of them ended up returning it to Costco. All of them said the same thing... "it's ok, just not worth the price". This is the type of product that will never really take off until they figure out a way to get the price down.

You may be able to check online if your Costco has an item. Go to the Same Day delivery section for your store. My store has the mug for $92.97 delivered same day. Which means when you subtract Instacart's 17% up charge (in my area) the item is $79.xx in my store.

Of course I could also just call them. laugh out loud

Wanted to love this thing. It sucked even when it did work. Kept everything lukewarm at best. Customer service was not very helpful. The app sucks especially if you have an Android phone. Look at the reviews on the Playstore.
