TIP: I saw my wife put a rubber band around the plastic wipe container and it actually stopped doing that!
The rubber band tip does in fact work. I've used both these and the Kirkland brand, much prefer the Kirkland brand quality and price (reg $19.99 for 900 count, occasionally goes on sale for $16.99).
For our baby's needs, we use Kirkland brand and just stock up when they're on sale. Normal price is cheaper than these, sale price is even better!
They're VERY thin and smooth which doesn't work well for poo. They just smear it around. I stick with Huggies, but haven't tried Kirkland because Costco is a toll bridge away.
