Thick slab you'd want a jack hammer or a sledgehammer, and a strong back. This is more for removing tile, bricks- things you can get behind or under, and drilling holes in hard stuff. I have used chisel tip to expand holes in a slab, but much slower than big jackhammer
To remove a sidewalk without rebar the cheapest and easiest way to remove it is to use a lever to lift a section and then break it with a sledgehammer.
