one thing i would be weary of is the condition of the battery. if it set new no one knows how much capacity it still has left or its performance.

yes- I emailed them about the condition of the battery and it was stated as "good working condition". Not exactly what I would want to hear since the battery is one of the most expensive components that needs to last.

the model is fairly new overall. They use LG cells on all their bikes. Which are quality batteries..I wouldn't worry about it. It comes with a 3 month warranty

it's a good price for a foldable full sized bike.

As an update - I bought two of these and got the first one in today. Torch color, hard to tell this wasn't brand new. The ODO had 4.5 miles on it. No dirt or signs of wear anyplace, tires look brand new. Some minor scuffing on front fork is only thing I see and could have been from shipping. Removed the battery and it looks brand new as well.

Extremely pleased for $499.. Couldn't have hoped for better condition and works perfectly.

Just got mine today and I agree with everything mentioned above…such a good deal! Took it for a spin and works as advertised, not to mention that I've used this model in the past and everything feels the same so far.

How did you remove your battery? Mine didn't come with a key. I ordered another in white that comes in tomorrow so I'm not sure if it'll be in that shipment.

I got mine today too. I did not have a key but I called the tech support number and they are sending me one. I also ended up with a dead charger but they are sending one of those out as well. It did come with a full battery so I got to ride it for a while and don't see anything wrong with it other than the fact that the brakes are a bit weak. My wife said the next time this pops up. She wants one too.

Anyone who bought the torch color, is it red cuz it looks really orange online?

I ordered one in Torch color. Got it in one week. Anybody complaining about the shipping needs to take a good hard look at the normal price of $1699.00 or Costco price of $1499.00. As for sales tax, I was not charged sales tax and shipping was to NJ.

Bike is perfect! Looks like brand new. Battery seems brand new. You could not tell the difference between this and a brand new one. Made sure it was fully charged and took it for a spin. Pefection!

Refurbished by Sondors and sold by Sondors. Best deal you could possibly get on an e-bike even with the $100 shipping charge. Show me another top brand e-bike for $600 total. :-)
