300W is pure fantasy, but still with a real output over 50W at this price point, it's still a bargain. Performance numbers are really respectable...

You don't want the complicated version of this. The signal to noise ratio typically takes a dive when you incorporate more components on the board.

This clean simple board provides the highest quality amplification possible.

For all non-exotic speakers. This is more than enough power to blow your face off.

Runs slightly past 4 watts at normal volume.

I just watched a YouTube video on this amp last night. I just wish it had Bluetooth.

Realize the included power supply can only create a maximum of 32V x 5A = 160W. This thing needs 53V input to max out... if the circuit board was designed to handle that much with properly sized capacitors, etc (the chip itself does).

There is a version with bluetooth, but it's not on sale, so quite a bit more expensive...

It depends on whether you're voltage or current limited. but in general the high voltage adapter is not recommended because it makes it run much hotter, and you won't get anything out of it unless you are voltage limited, which is unlikely with the speakers that these amps will be driving.

For bass frequencies, you are typically current limited, for treble frequencies you will be voltage limited.

If you must upgrade the power supply (it's a complete waste of money), but a 32v 10A is better choice than 53V xA, because it'll run cooler, and give you all the bass you can handle. Other members have tried the 45v supplies, the amp gets hot.

It's a waste of money, because it already gets super loud with the stock power supply.

I'm a n00b, please excuse my ignorance. I recently put together a system with Denon X3700H and various Kef speakers. Would it be worth adding something like this as a preamp to front Kef 350s? I think it might be pointless but I have no idea and am vaguely curious about preamps and such.

Preamp is only for things like vinyl where the output is very low. Your Denon already handles all this.

how would anybody compare this to a similar Pyle brand, of roughly same equivalent 'features'. I may be looking at things worlds apart.. but lets say model: Pyle PDA20BT (from amzn). It's another class D, looks roughly similar. There are also similar rated output models as low as around $30 (class T). My camper has indoor outdoor speakers on zones from the factory head unit inside. it's a bit cumbersome to use the outdoor speakers and have any amount of control over them from outside, and, I have opposing slides in the living space/kitchen, so my outdoor speakers are way forward of where they'd be usable! I had half a mind to put a little amp similar to this in the cabinet of the outdoor kitchen, and a couple of outdoor polk speakers, or something similar back there. not sure if i'd bracket mount them within the kitchen, mount below to the frame rail, leave them unmounted with enough wire to place there were desired... etc. but anyway, wonder if anybody has input

I have a x3600h , and I am thinking you can use these amps to get the extra 2 channel via pre outs making it full 11 channel. I have a Sony STR Dh190 in a similar setup

Was just looking for a cheap amp for my 250 headphones. Thought this was crazy luck to see this deal today. Glad I didn't blindly buy it and saw it's for speakers only
