After getting 10% late last year now that it seems to be active again I got 30%. Sucks that 30% is the max as of right now.

I went through that for almost two years after first getting my Amex card. It would drive me crazy seeing these posts and going to Amazon only to see that message saying I didn't qualify. Not sure what changed but I haven't seen it in a couple years now.
