I can answer some of the questions. I received the 30" x 40" map:
The print is framed, and you do not need to assemble the frame.
It was well packaged in a very large box that was at least 6 inches longer/wider, then taped into cardboard to protect the corners.
It does have plexiglass in the front.
There is hardware on the two sides for hanging it.
The picture is attached to the frame with a LOT of small metal attachments into the frame. You could pull them all out, but it will take some time.
The frame looks very nice from the front. On close inspection, it is not perfect on the corners, particularly on the back. Since the imperfections are not visible, it does not bother me.
I was charged correctly. My order came to $12.71 because I had a free shipping code.
My account will let me set up a return, so it does not appear to actually be final sale, if someone is not happy with it.
I see the links have been pulled from the UO website, even for the full priced versions. I hope everyone's order ships!

Thanks OP - in for these 2 in their largest sizes. Like others have said, the prices for the frames alone are worth it but I may actually hang these prints up they are decent:

Got my Slickdeals impulse buy of the day out of the way early today! I hope these actually come with the frame and aren't just prints. I know it says they do on the description but it doesn't in the title.... I'll do a chargeback if they won't let me return if they are frameless. I just noticed that the ocean print (and others) have another page on their website with more frame options and those are all regular priced. I'm probably just being paranoid.
