These are pretty darn fast. I bought one the last time they were on sale (In Nov I think) and these are the Crystal Disk results posted below. These read speeds pretty much match many SSDs. I was thinking this drive might be good enough to play games from on a laptop with limited storage space.

This is the lowest price ever per camelcamelcamel. Got the 128gb during the recent sale and it has been fantastic. Very low profile and still runs cool even after hours of intense use. Thanks OP!

Purchased the 128GB one in October and didn't get around to hacking the PlayStation Classic to use it yet. Fortunately generous Amazon return policy was in play so for $5 more I ordered the 255GB version from this sale and returning the 128GB.

I have the 128GB verion, not faster than 128GB EMMC storage in my notebook. SATA SSD is faster through USB 3.

I don't know about this one specifically (I do have one, but connected to a Roku), but I've had a Kingston metal body flash drive on my keys for years, and I just have to periodically clean out the lint
