I see two big benefits of plus membership:
1. Free shipping - most products are shipped at the club prices to your door with no order minimum. I use this often and have avoided trips to other stores or Sams.
2. Cashback - It depends on how much you shop from Sams club. Considering free shipping, I shop a lot from Sams club and online. I typically get $80-$100 cashback for my shopping, which is more than paid for plus membership.

Note: If you do not see the value of the plus membership, you can cancel it anytime before your renewal and you will get your plus membership fee back (in this case $10). You will lose any cashback earned during the plus membership months when you cancel it.

I still have Plus until March 2023, so I'm not eligible. I got a similar offer last year though.

One thing I did notice was that I will probably need to cancel this in the club or via phone. I went to https://www.samsclub.com/account/autorenew and it said "Your membership will automatically renew on Mar 14, 2023. We'll use your Sam's Club Credit Card for your payment. To make any changes, visit Member Services in your club or call 1 (888) 746-7726."

I guess set a reminder.

Thanks OP! Between this and the $15 membership through Groupon last month, we now have a Plus membership for $25.

The full price for plus wouldn't normally make sense for us, but for $10 will be worth it.
