Good price but note that this printer does not print double sided automatically. A deal breaker for me.

I have used it for years with off brand toner without issue.

It also works with phones wirelessly but only with the Canon Business Print app.

Bought this exact model 8 years ago for $50 as a first year PhD student, still working well (with Linux). Double page printing is possible with Linux if you try hard enough 😉

Canon business print app does not appear in my app drawer after downloading, I'm using a Samsung Galaxy...

Wait, what? Double page (I assume double sided is what you meant) on Linux? I have this from 6+ years ago and I was surprised to still see it available. It was a bit of a PITA to get setup. I had to plug into USB first but maybe now it's better.

If you have a better place for drivers, I'd love to get that information.

It is super cheap to operate and no problem with off brand toner.

I do have an issue with it not working with Chrome...but I haven't tried to fix that in a few years.

I've used this for a few years since they had a $30-40 deal on it after MIR. Good printer. I use no name $12 toner cartridges and they last forever. After a power outage you need to manually turn it back on.

Bought it maybe 8-9yrs ago for $20 with mail in rebates! Still working great, with non canon toners. No AirPrint but works with Canon app for printing from phone.

I have an older model very similar to this that I found at a Goodwill a couple of years ago for a few bucks. Fantastic little printer, cheap aftermarket toners.
