Kind of sort of, you can use a splitter like this: https://www.amazon.com/Splitter-Standard-1000Mbps-Charging-USB0502G/dp/B08HS5FSFM/ but you are still relegated to using wifi for connectivity. I have one of these in my attic and seems to be working fine through a few winters and summers. I did test it a bit out in the open to see if it got warm, it's also mounted so it's not touching anything flammable. Make sure to find one that has the power requirements you need, your POE switch should auto negotiate depending on the device chosen.

I am currently using a POE splitter by ANVISION to do just that. However, in order to monitor both directions of my street (lots of mail theft this time of year) I needed two cameras and I only had one burial grade CAT6 run. As such, I cut the micro usb male from the PoE splitter and solder two of the white cables that came with the camera. Where as before I could only power one true PoE camera, now I can power two Wyze cameras with just one CAT6 cable.

The only downside, is that my original PoE camera is better at picking up license plates. While Wyze cams have better night vision, during the day, my old camera did a better job.

Obviously ‘trolling’ an issue, discovered on a first generation cam.
None of the newer generations of cams have/had issues.

FYI, in case it matters, neither is compatible with Cam Plus Lite (from the FAQ):

* Are either Wyze Cam OG or Wyze Cam OG Telephoto Cam Plus Lite compatible?
* No, neither camera is compatible with Cam Plus Lite.
So from what I found out from their live stream is it is a "V4" in a way but with simple connections/housing so it's not a true V4 but it's also not a V3. It doesn't come with magnetic base and the base is more limited in range of motion. So from an internal hardware base it's better than V3 but packaging is less than a V3. I guess In a way like an iPhone SE or maybe even an iPad mini??? where its newer hardware but in older housing.

Two cameras = two SD cards
But once the stacking kit comes it's one power cable.

They wanted to go back to being a "low priced camera company". they mentioned there are going to be a lot of different cameras coming out in the future like wide angle, super wide angle, 5x, 7x zoom cameras and other options to add onto this "OG" ecosystem.

The V3 is compatible with other items like spot light, garage door, and other items where as the OG ecosystem won't be.

It will be two series: a higher end series and a lower end series and each will be compatible with their own system. So instead of buying multiple high end cameras for simple areas you can buy cheaper cameras that do one specific job for that one location. like instead of buying two OG cameras and stack them for a wider view, you would just put a V3 pan in that location. and instead of putting a V3 or V3 pan to see down the side of the house you would just put in an OG or OG telephoto to see the entrance gate down the side of the house.

I guess that would be the best way to put it. Each OG camera will do one specific job with a processor and sensor that is better than the V3 so it's not a V3 replacement. Hope this helps
I have a month or so left & they're asking for my payment info. Not going to happen, I will move the cameras to my Cam Lite sub when it expires.

Edit - Poster below found these new cameras are not eligible for the Cam Plus Lite sub.

Throw a micro-SD card in there and you're good to go with no monthly fee. That is if the camera isn't stolen by the perp you're recording.

I bought the wyze came deal from home Depot which comes with 3 month cam plus. When I set them it said "activate your 3 month wyze cam plus membership" I was like "nope"

Seems worth a try if truly better notification/streaming response time and speaker (the reasons I ditched them for Eufy- but Eufy keeps eating my SD cards)

i've been having that issue with some of my Eufy's too... Samsung Pro Endurance cards have been working the best, haven't lost one yet.
i did however switch several of my cameras over to Reolink, i'm quickly becoming a fan.
