Dell 7390 only has 1 slot of memory, and there was problem reported with this Dell model. Search SD for further info. I bought one before, and the battery was bulging. I called Dell customer support, took nearly 1h waiting on the call, and finally got RMA on that laptop.

Dell 7390 2-in-1 has 2 slots of memory.

hold the line boys and girls. PC sales have been historically low recently. Whether due to the fact that most PCs have a longer shelf life to whatever else.

PCs are going to drop in price massively, specifically existing stock. Not just refurbs, but the 100s of thousands of PCs that are getting more and more dated by the day just sitting around in different warehouses.

I think ryzen or intel 7 with 16 gb is gonna be pretty standard config of PC that will sell dirt cheap. Just wait it out a month or two.
