I like these because they're 1/3 the sugar of regular Mountain Dew and contain vitamins and a little natural fruit juice. No taurine or guarana either, basically just better soda

Man the day they introduce a sugar free variety, I know I'm gonna be in trouble
But in some ways isn't 1/3 the sugar better than a no sugar variety with an artificial sweetener?

Definitely depends on lifestyle, genetics and health profile. But for me personally, the 19 grams of sugar in one can is my full day's allowance. I'd totally go for it if it were a few grams but unfortunately 15g of added sugar makes this intolerable for me. Would have crushed these back in the day, though.
