About the game:
In the not too distant future, a mysterious disaster has brought collapse to the world as we know it. Towering skyscrapers, once symbols of prosperity, are now lifeless graves of humanity's past pierced by the Thorns of Judgment. At the center of the destruction lies a hidden society of Revenants called Vein. This final stronghold is where the remaining few fight to survive, blessed with Gifts of power in exchange for their memories and a thirst for blood. Give into the bloodlust fully and risk becoming one of the Lost, fiendish ghouls devoid of any remaining humanity. Wandering aimlessly in search of blood, the Lost will stop at nothing to satisfy their hunger. Team up and embark on a journey to the ends of hell to unlock your past and escape your living nightmare in CODE VEIN.

I liked this game, but it's about a 6 or 7 out of 10. It's an anime Souls-like. It's way easier than those games (sometimes very easy), for almost the entire game, and then a couple bosses get a huge difficulty spike. Granted it's been at least a couple years since I've played all the way through it, so maybe they balanced that out. This doesn't have a native PS5 upgrade, but it does get a boost to 60fps. I started it up again recently and just played an hour or two and it ran super smoothly. For me, it's easily worth this price.

They don't announce games that far in advance, so unless you have an actual source that you can cite, you're just making this up. Not to mention that if it does end up on PS+ at some point, it will most likely be on the Extra tier. For the most part, Premium is only needed for playing PS3 games or streaming a few PS4 games if you don't want to install them; also 2 hour trials. Almost every PS4 game on there is available through the Extra tier. The only ones I can even think of that require Premium are the Yakuza games.
Edit: I see you've downvoted my comment, yet still didn't provide a source. So, you were just talking out of your ass, as suspected, and you're mad that you're getting called out on it.

As someone who hasn't played a souls game before I found this game pretty difficult at first. But once you get the hang of it, it's very easy to cheese the enemies with certain weapons and attacks.

The season pass, which includes 3 level packs and an "Alternate Mía", set is on sale for $10 down from $25.
Together, they're $19 vs. $80 for the deluxe edition which has the same thing.
But, since I just purchased them, expect to see the deluxe edition for $12ish next month followed by the PS+ Extra drop the following.

It's funny the DLC cost more than the base game itself. I haven't bought the season pass yet was hoping it might be $5 some day. Is the content even worth it?
Non-gamer here. Seems like the majority of popular video games these days take place in a dystopian future, present, past or alternative reality and timeline. I'm sure they're all fun and all, but can someone recommend a decent non-dystopian/violent game with colorful graphics that will put my new RX 6600 to good use, for casual gaming?

Bugsnax
Slime Rancher
Rayman Legends
Those are off the top, since you said casual games.
Plenty more but I don't want to overwhelm you.

Can you recommend any old-style arcade-type games, especially ones updated with more modern graphics that take advantage of current cards?
E.g. Asteroids, Tempest, Missile Command (yeah, I know, really old games).
