Eligibility: The North Face Winter Camping Experience Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes" or "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the United States, who are at least 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older.

Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on or around 9:00 am Mountain Time ("MT") on Friday, January 13, 2023 and ends at 11:59 pm MT on Friday, January 27, 2023

Prize Grand Prize (Ten [10] Winners): Each Grand Prize winner will receive a 2-day/1-night camping experience for two (2) at the top of Vasquez Ridge at Winter Park Resort, in Winter Park, CO scheduled to take place on Saturday, February 11, 2023 and Sunday February 12, 2023 ("Event"). TRAVEL TO EVENT AT WINTER PARK RESORT IN WINTER PARK, CO NOT INCLUDED.

Winter camping experience includes: one (1) complimentary The North Face 4-seasons tent rental for two (2) people, two (2) complementary The North Face -20 sleeping bag rentals, one (1) complimentary The North Face sleep pad for two (2) people rental, resort lift tickets for two (2) days of riding for two (2) people, dinner at The Lodge at Sunspot, breakfast at the campsite, complimentary snowshoe rental for two (2) people, a forty-five (45) minute guided snowshoe tour, and a The North Face product package for both winner and guest consisting of The North Face Hmlyn Down Parka, The North Face Salty Dog Beanie, and The North Face Base Camp Duffle Bag (size L).
