I don't have any direct experience with this set but the reviews are incredibly good on the retail sites. They are forged knives, not stamped. Looks like a good product.

Same have not used these knives, but allot of reviews seem to be saying the block leaves much to be desired for. As it feels cheap, is lightweight and has suction cups on the bottom to make it stick to the countertop.

Thats just the block.. you could always not use it. The knives are what matter and are what you pay for.

I will say that other Items I've gotten in the Ninja "Foodi" line have been pleasantly surprising. I was nervous about getting a "Ninja" item vs a known brand in the space, been I have been happy with all them.

While I cannot comment on the quality of this set, I feel sets like these are similar to those wrench or drill bit sets you see where there are a lot of filler. The most heavily used and versatile knife for the at home cook is the chef's knife. Unless you have a need for the various knives in a set like this, you may want to consider investing in a single good chef's knife. You will spend more "per knife" but if you don't end up using 2/3 of a set like this it might be worth it. Guilty of buying the block sets a few times and this was always my result. For me, the block sets were not a fit.
