As per the reviews seems like it's pretty loud. This is consistent with my own experience with Timex and something to keep in mind.

Looks nice. I think you'll find that fiber bands without rivets in the holes, will fray an look bad quickly. But for that price..seems good!

Haven't looked at a Timex watch in years but I remember the ticking mechanisms in these things were loud. That ticking sound would bother me if I were in a quiet room.

I have it (and other Timex watches) and can confirm they are rather loud tickers. I couldn't keep on my nightstand.
