I don't think it's been updated in a year.
Gta4 works great on the steam deck with a little tweaking i.e. you have to set the game to 1080p in the games steam setting then you have to lock the deck to 40fps max the game out but turn the shadows down one click and boom the game runs smooth as butter and looks amazing
They're still great fun. Not incredibly deep but definitely enjoyable, especially for the nostalgia.

Is GTA the Trilogy worth getting now? I know it was a mess when it came out but I'm sure they have fixed some of the problems by now. I have the originals on Steam but after getting used to the controls on GTAV, I can't stand to play the originals with the old control schemes.

I thought they said it was based on the mobile versions released years ago, and San Andreas was a mess when I played it on Gamepass.

Everything I've seen online so far says it's been playing great on the Deck. Have you looked on Reddit? Check out /r/SteamDeck and see what you can find. I'd swear I've seen a thread or two there about it. I'm prob gonna pick it up for mine today

I read somewhere that the trilogy was gonna be free in February on steam. Supposedly it was leaked info.

Reckon it's still a mess. Maybe a little fix or two over time but not worth my money.

Doesn't look like L.A. Noire is the remastered version.
Looks awful grayish.

Does anyone know if you have to download Rockstar Social Club software to play these games on Steam?

Got GTA IV, just will not run right! Have a 2070 Super, what gives, what do I need to do?

Looks great but after a mission starts things get real stuttery, if that is a word

Has anyone tried Max Payne 1/2 recently? I loved those games 20 years ago but suspect they haven't held up well.
