the setup is easy. It is pretty damn heavy and awkward to hold and yes very wide. We barely made it in through our main front door. You'll want to look through the manual before you bring it in as it does tell you where are the spots to hold it. We didn't do that and just gripped from the bottom, if you have back problems, don't try to bring it in.
As someone who has one.. I STRONGLY suggest you consider the white glove delivery for $250. It is heavy and you likely are going to want pros putting it together the first time.
This is a decent 3D massage chair for the price. It features 3D massage with a good SL track. Although it is the 2019 model but it won't be much different from newer models in terms of massage functions and is actually much better than the typical $1000-$1500 2D massage chairs you see these days.

There are a few things to notice: First the massage time is fixed at 15 minutes although you can extend the time before the 15 min program ends. Secondly every time you start up the chair it need to scan your body and move the roller for about 1 min.

Is there in-room delivery? I want to have it install upstairs in my bedroom but not sure they'll do that.

Can't say for sure, but usually white glove is going to include bringing it into the home and putting it in the room of your choice. That said, sometimes stairs would be extra or perhaps tip delivery people some. You can always check with seller directly. They know most aren't going to want it in thier garage or just inside their front door.

$250 just for someone to being it inside the home? How about asking your neighbor or a friend to help you move? I'm sure it's not rocket science to set this up.

Don't pay it then.. but you aren't moving it put together (can be wider than door). Just sharing my opinion as an owner of similar chair from them.

It's amazing. I'm 5'7", 128 pounds. Not sure by "small" if you mean short or slender. I don't own this model myself but I used it a number of times. I'm debating buying one for myself- space is the issue for me. This chair is heavenly. Costco had a different brand model on display about 6 months ago. The sales rep kept saying that the Osaki model was junky and not as well made. The Costco demo model brand was twice the price. I tried it out. It hurt. Maybe I could have adjusted the features to make it tolerable. From the get go though the Osaki one felt amazing. It's heavenly.

Its really easy to put together. They have pretty clear instructions on how to assemble. Honestly, you can just take multiple trips if you have two story house. Ours came in dissembled, so it was really to bring it up to the master bedroom.

Yeah, it's not rocket science. Just make sure you slot in the pressure gauge or tubes in the right places. I'm not sure if this model is color coded but ours came in color coded. Just have to match it with right color and thats it. Shouldn't take longer than an hour to assemble.

Rep trying to upsell. Most brands have pretty similar technology and software. Zero Gravity is standard, bluetooth is standard… functionality… maybe different due to more available programs and such like 10 different yoga stretches while another only has 3-4. The balls I heard can be replaceable with softer rollers.

I have the titan branded similar chair that was listed here at around christmas for about the same price.

Chairs are nice, but be warned that they are rather small in dimensions. I'm 150lbs, 5'11", and find that the chair is rather snug. They are likely designed for the average asian body rather than the average american body.

Any idea about the difference between this Osaki OS-PRO Honor vs Titan 3D Quantum. Which is better? or what's the difference? Thanks!
