I've always been a bigger fan of Xtend's BCAA powders. Good prices on the ON stuff, however.

What do you mean by choosing caffeine amount? Do they offer one without the caffeine in it?

So 1 serving (two scoops) is a littler over the average 2 cups of coffee. Some pretty good reviews about it. A lot of people complained half empty but it should be by weight for what you buy. Don't let the large container fool ya. I might try it but I drink coffee in the morning and if I add this pre-workout I'm worried I might get the jitters. Anybody have personal experience with the how amped this will make ya?

tried it in the past Didn't feel any energy as it's not a pre-workout, I only stick to Xtend bcaa's now as they taste great and help with soreness the next day

I mean the caffeine in this isn't gonna blow your socks. 100mg and the green bean extract is mainly to counter the post jittery effects. The ones that get ya wired are like 300mg of caffeine and mixed with other stimulants but hey, get ready to get a cardiac arrest in the weights room.

This, for most, folks, is a much nicer and safer option. In all honesty, a single cup of black coffee and 5g of creatine is all most people need and everything else is snake oil. And 1/2 teaspoon of salt prior to heavy lifting.

I had a coworker who loved it because it didn't give her jitters like other forms of caffeine did.

That said I usually skip the coffee and drink tea the morning I know I'm gonna take preworkout

Some of the ingredients are good but hidden behind a prop blend. The stuff you actually need for a workout is only 2.5 g if you only take 1 scoop. There's a reason it's so cheap. also no creatine so you will have to supplement. that doubles the cost.
