Love the grape, and the ability to choose caffeine amount
You know… you can do this with any pre-workout. Half scoops, double scoops etc.
I love this product but believe their scoop chart is much like laundry care (use 3 tide pods for extra dirty loads) and is considered over-dosing in the marketing departments in those and other categories.

When people complain about containers being half full, they don't realize that the powder settles. And like you said, it's the same weight of material as stated on the container. If they really are getting ripped off with a less amount of product, why don't they just weigh it out on a scale?
You're part correct for chips. But in this case the bigger issue is about fill containment. You need the tall container sides for what's considered light media (low density powder) for fast fill production lines. You could put this in a smaller container if you pack slowly or just don't care about waste.

So 1 serving (two scoops) is a littler over the average 2 cups of coffee. Some pretty good reviews about it. A lot of people complained half empty but it should be by weight for what you buy. Don't let the large container fool ya. I might try it but I drink coffee in the morning and if I add this pre-workout I'm worried I might get the jitters. Anybody have personal experience with the how amped this will make ya?
From season to season I use this as a coffee substitute in the morning, depending on your caffeine tolerance you might need to add more.

This. It is also a way better deal, not only is the 65 Servings a better deal by itself, but the 25% applied to a higher figure gives you way better savings. Watermelon is delicious.

I've always been a bigger fan of Xtend's BCAA powders. Good prices on the ON stuff, however.
This isn't a BCAA supplement (BCAA supplements are essentially useless) there are tons of other Amino's and the BCAA's are typically never lacking in diet so supplementing them is entirely useless for normal humans. (regardless of activity). In fact, in high supply the BCAA's will make a person OBESE and DIABETIC so they are actually to be avoided in high quantity as they are only even 35% of the essential amino's needed. ie: if a person were to supplement essential amino's it would be intelligent to take the other 65% of essentials as a supplement since they actually are lacking in EVERYONE'S diet and cause massive health issues. (Nearly half the known diseases would never happen with proper amino intake)

If a person were looking to increase muscle mass the essential amino to take is absolutely no any BCAA it is L-Arginine which will increase HgH Human Growth Hormone by 3-5x normal which is as affective as a small dose of anabolic steroids without the negative affects. However you have to understand the chemistry of the body to use it correctly or else you will actually DECREASE HgH production and see LESS gains Wink But BCAA's are entirely worthless. Just eat FOOD...

I have nearly 30 years in the gym, BCAAs have their uses for specific needs.

I had a coworker who loved it because it didn't give her jitters like other forms of caffeine did.

That said I usually skip the coffee and drink tea the morning I know I'm gonna take preworkout
Thanks for the info Bruv!

That's a good deal, but my Costco only stocks the watermelon flavor which I did not like at all. The 65 serving is on sale here for $27.47 and there are a variety of flavors available. I think that's a good deal.

What do you mean by choosing caffeine amount? Do they offer one without the caffeine in it?
If you don't want caffiene then just get animo acids. You can also make a custom pre-workout if you check out the ingredients and their purpose. This is more so a quick convenient tasty option. He meant caffiene amount by how many scoops you can use 🤣

It's not much. Its comparable to having a monster energy drink. idk if im the only one but i can have pre with 300+ mg of caffeine but the carbonation from monster seems to make it hit much faster
