Meh, keeping my note 10+ for like 10 years LOL. Hopefully I'm smart enough not to fall for any "new" features and decide to upgrade.

I feel like they legit ran out of hardware upgrade ideas and now they're just nerfing software updates and calling those the "new feature" lol.

Companies be like ".. And this phone will have 20x zoom instead of only 4x zoom!" and all it is, is just a zooming/magnify feature in the software and not an actual better lense or anything haha.

This is the lowest I think I've seen the Note 20 ultra snapdragon variant. I don't know about battery health guarantees or anything.

Obviously the updates aren't going to last forever. But charger in the box, SD card support, MST, 865 + gets way better thermals than the 88 8g1. Unlike the s22 it wasn't delisted for throttling.

I was in the market for a Samsung phone with an s pen this would be tempting.

I haven't experienced any thermal issues. My S22U runs as cool as my Oneplus 8, which has the 865. Maybe on 5G it heats up, but I only use lte.

I got $950 during their enhanced trade-in for s22U in 5/22. So 1 year later, maybe between $600 - $800 if Samsung offers enhanced tradein.

Yep - I got that too hence my comment. I wouldn't be surprised $600 min. Thing is if you don't have trade-in then Samsung is worst to buy from because they raise price expecting you to tradein.

I normally aim for $600 all in - cash + cost of trade

For trade in, just get one for below $300 with acceptable condition, no need to pay so much.

Yep - I'm currently have 2 S22U and Tab S8+. One S22U is sitting around so I will trade it in for s23U and whatever accessories that they will throw at us again. Hopefully they will also introduce Tab S9 so I can trade in my S8+ too.

I haven't experienced any thermal issues with s22 ultra.

Maybe users who use a lot of cpu intensive gaming for hours might have experienced it.

Also s pen of s22 ultrs has significantly less lag than note 20 ultra. Very close to natural writing.

Google Fi had a tradein deal in which led to a net cost of $3xx for s22 ultra. This included purchasing an s21 on ebay to tradein for $250, purchasing s22 ultra for $625 and getting tradein credit for $580.

This was not the only deal. Best Buy was running something similar for more than a month as well.

With the numerous deals it's had been relative easy to get a s22u for around 4xx. Compared to that a two model and used model for 370 seems expensive.

Yeah this is a heck of a phone. Got in on the Samsung renewed deal from Amazon for 399. New battery, guaranteed to look and perform as new. Full One year Samsung warranty. I'm Assuming this deal you're basically buying a used phone. Hard to say how much actual refurbing is going on or what there condition May be. Probably not a bad price for those that don't mind gambling

HAHA - a while ago, just shows how far in advanced Samsung is. Literally this phone still fits the needs of 95% of users today, even when considering processor power.

True - by chance do you have a link? Very rude to mention a lower price and not provide the evidence.

I've owned countless phones and the Note 10+ is the phone I kept the longest. Complete and total package IMO. I've played with the Note 20+ camera and it's just OK IMO

However in 2023, and my son in a bunch of sports, the camera was lacking and I finally got rid of it late last year, but phone was still serviceable and worked like the day I got it. If you want a similar phone with similar performance, save ALOT and get a 10 plus and thank me later lol
