This is a decent price for a day and night med combo. It might be cheaper to buy everything separately or a generic brand, but the average patient doesn't care or have enough knowledge to buy separate medications, especially those medications that effect high blood pressure. While it is essentially a marketing ploy, it does serve a purpose.

I'm not trying to be rude, but what exactly does being a radiologist have to do with knowing the ingredients of this medication combo?

It might be cheaper to buy everything separately or a generic brand, but the average patient doesn't care or have enough knowledge to buy separate medications, especially those medications that effect high blood pressure.
