Instead of using this, why not just take a multivitamin?

As far as all of the "superfood" hype, there is tons of information regarding those online and I'll steer away from that. As for powders vs pills, powders are typically superior both nutritionally and for bioavailability (easier to digest, process, etc.). Multivitamins will have smaller doses (especially for these superfoods) and binders which the powders do not. Essentially, powders undergo less processing and should retain more nutrients. The tablet/capsule vitamins that contain green/fruit/superfood blends have minute portions of those whereas you get much more from powders.

Swolverine 😂 - look at the ingredient list on that one.
Juce and athletic greens would be more on par looking at the labels. AG1 seems to cost a lot more.
