Glad I helped someone! The $44.99 deal is dead now but just the trimmer for $34.99 is still available.
Exactly! And the 50% is really good. Best I seen was 20% off or 30% off from site plus shipping.

This one has a guard technology in place so you do not get cuts or nicks. Meaning you do not get as close of a shave but helps so you do not get cuts from my understanding this is the main differance.
If you go to the product page it lists a lot of the features that make it different than a standard trimmer. The biggest one being it won't cut your nuts like a regular trimmer would.
I cut my junk many, many times with it over the year that I tried to get used to it. Guess how many times I cut myself with the Philips Bodygroom I had used for 10 years prior? Zero.
I now only use my Lawnmower 4.0 to trim my sideburns and bought another Philips, and have cut myself exactly zero times since. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H3CKT12
