I've owned this keyboard for about 3 years now. It's been my favorite keyboard of all time. It's sleek, minimalistic, and very solidly built. It also matches my MX master 2s.

The only complaint I have is the sensor for the backlighting. It can be a bit inconsistent; sometimes it doesn't detect you and sometimes it randomly lights up with nobody near. Other than that there's nothing bad about the keyboard.

Sadly, these have gone up in price during the past couple of years. Regular price was $100 and it frequently went on sale for $80. I hope to see them get back to normal prices soon or better yet, see the release of its successor. Anyway, for today's standards, this is a good price. I'm tempted to get one of the Open Box-Excellent for $76

What's the difference between a regular keyboard and this one? Always wondered why someone would spend so much a keyboard.

I don't have this specific, but I have a similar Logitech keyboard K750 that is completely powered by Solar that I literally never have to charge. Anyways, the quality and build of Logi keyboard are top notch and are some of the best out there.

This specific one (and like mine) is designed to be minimalist, while offering full set of keys along with productivity keys AND ability to save multiple devices to the keyboard so that you can switch between devices in one button. Thats super handy for people like me who have a laptop and a desktop in the office. And its backlit, which most wireless keyboards with scissor keys don't provide.

Can pair the keyboard / mouse with up to 3 devices via Bluetooth or Bolt dongle to allow for a clutter free/minimal device. I have my personal computer, work computer and tablet all hooked up to the same keyboard/mouse set wire-free and it only takes me a second to switch

Considering it has a USB bolt dongle.. why it is limited to 3 devices? It should work on any number of devices where the dongle can be plugged in

Just a note, my K750 did die, and I have never been so disappointed. I didn't have feelings about a keyboard until I lost it.

Yes. The keyboard is backlit. It's rechargeable via USB-C. You can set the brightness and it has a sensor to detect when your hands are near. The brighter the setting the faster the batteries drain. I turn it off completely and the keyboard lasts for a month+ on a single charge.

I used a K750 for years and switched to the MX last year. I LOVE this keyboard, key travel distance and feel is perfect for me and the family (we now own 4 of these).

This doesn't use the newer Bolt dongle. It uses the older Unifying receiver. Since I'm already using a mouse with the Bolt receiver this is a big deal for me. Logitech will surely move their line to use the Bolt receiver. Might as well wait for that than commit yourself to using an extra port slot for years. This same keyboard has a 'Business' version which is the same keyboard but with a Bolt dongle. However deals on that one are harder to come by.
