The rated capacity of this thing is 3.7 V * 5 Ah = 18.5 Wh.
Drawing at ~650 mA, I got 3.12 Ah at 5V = 15.6 Wh. So that's a 84% upconvert efficiency if the cell is 100% of rated capacity, which I'd call "solid." Or it's a more efficient upconverter and the cell is less than rated capacity. Whatever, the output is the same, I'm not going to create a bunch of curves at different amperages.
