Amazon has Nature Made Zinc 30 mg, Dietary Supplement for Immune Health and Antioxidant Support, 100 Tablets for $4.49 each.
You may have a coupon for 35% off. There is also a promo for buy 2 for the price of 1. If you have 5 subscriptions you also get 15% off bringing the total down to $1.67 for two bottles.
But from what I have read, Zinc is wonderful for immunity and may be potentially helpful to men especially as they age for prostate issues. Why? Well supposedly as most men start approaching 50, they are told to get off their primary source of zinc - red meat. The prostate happens to be where your highest concentration of zinc in your body is.
There is also a safe maximum you should take, so don't go loading up doing multiple doses at once.
I can post links but Google is your friend. What isn't known is how well you may/may not be able to absorb this, so always be a little critical of claims, and of course Google and whatever silliness I've mentioned here.
In my uneducated opinion, Vitamin D2 & K3 are best and you may see some of the combined supplements include a certain amount of zinc. You will also often see Vitamin C with a Zinc supplement.
1) immune system
2) hormone especially testosterone support
3) fights coronaviruses very well (cold, flu, covid)
4) fundamental in cell growth and division
Zinc is one of the few vitamins I'd argue just about everyone, especially men, should take.
Where is the comment that this is not gonna get absorbed in this form, you will piss it out, it's junk etc. That guy is MIA today
joking aside thanks OP. also woth Prime you can get $1.50 digital rewards for no rush shipping. counting that comes out to literally 1 bucks for 2 pack.

If you're taking zinc on the regular, you also want to take a bit of copper or you can develop a form of anemia. You might also want to take a zinc ionophore like quercetin to help your body absorb the zinc.
I only paid 0.73 cents o_O) I had a 40% off coupon and turn on auto deliveries subscribe and save for an extra 40% off plus the multi buy discount and add in the 1$ no rush reward I will get paid 0.27 cents when this ships lol
