An alternative is to buy at Walmart, 1 bottle, 200 ct, 50 mg for $4.88.

I daily drink a Atkins protein shake drink, 2.6 mg zinc and eat other foods during the day.

With the Walmart bottle; I cut the tablets in half. This is to curb problems and keep from accumulating too much zinc; things like nails growing too quickly. It's easier on an empty stomach if it's in smaller doses if that occurs too.

So, that's 400 ct, 25 mg zinc tablets for 4.88/2 = $2.44.

Those who may be taking sleeping aids such as melatonin, might wanna try zinc supplement. It promotes sleep and very deep and soothing. Try if it works for you with added benefits of boost in libido etc without taking prescription ones

Local Costco in Los Angeles, had it for sale for $7.49 for 400 pills (50mg). Hence per pill = $0.019
