It doesn't have estrogen, it has phytoestrogen. And your link comes to almost a completely different conclusion than what you wrote in your post. It says that soy has extremely mild effects, including anti-estrogenic effects.

The idea that soy spikes estrogen is an urban legend that comes from internet bodybuilding forums.

Honestly the chocolate ones I got from a previous deal weren't terrible. I added a scoop of protein powder and used them as meal replacements while cutting. Made some decent gains. Eat some good fibers on the same day though.

edit: my total was $23.15 as well

Vanilla always seems like a hard flavor to get right when it comes to drinks. Chocolate always seems to be a safe bet...IMHO

If you don't mind the smaller 11 oz bottles, then Rite Aid has a better price per oz. 4 packs are BOGO free at $9.99 which works out to 11.4¢/oz, versus the 16¢/oz here.

Pretty good, but I've been spoiled lately with Publix putting the 4-packs on BOGO about once a month, or $1.25 per bottle.

Pretty decent meal replacement or supplement. Chocolate is my favorite, with Vanilla and Mint Chocolate both a close second.
