This seems like a hot deal… am I missing something
The flashlight is certainly useful, but it's definitely a "filler". All the tools have brushed motors. The saw is 6 1/2" (rather than 7 1/4"). The saws will eat through the 2AH batteries quickly, so you'll pretty much be swapping them into the charger every 45 minutes. The drill isn't very powerful* and doesn't have a hammer function.
So this is definitely a DIY-level kit. I don't mean that in a "bah, everyone should be buying top-of-the-line tools" sense, just answering your question about why this may or may not be a hot deal for someone. If you need all these tools and expect to only use them for relatively-light** tasks around the house, then this is a good deal for you.
* It's not very powerful compared to premium-level drills. It'll have zero problem putting a hole in a 2x4.
** By "relatively-light", I'm including things like installing a new door frame, for example. If you're going to be building a deck, I'd get a more powerful saw with a bigger battery.
