Sometimes these coupons are only good for one carton, so I was pleasantly surprised to see this one works on multiples. Unfortunately they're the smaller bottles, but still a good deal.

20% less protein, 20% less calorie, 22% less overall volume than the 14oz. Just wish they kept the protein the same.

Try drinking it slower and drink water while drinking it. I found that helps. I drink it slowly over like an hour and take sips of water between every few sips of Soylent.

Opposite here for my elderly mother, she actually has terrible constipation due to medications. This stuff is the only food capable of moving her bowels. Literally a lifesaver at this point.
