I think it just depends on your preference and use.

Comparing with flex:
Milk/whey protein isolate in quest vs soy protein concentrate in flex.
19 grams protein vs 10 grams protein.
4 net carbs vs 8 net carbs.

I typically only get Quest products when I am doing low carb.

Sorry but this thing has junk ingredients.
• High Oleic Sunflower Oil
• Corn Starch
• Prop 65
Eating this to get quality nutrient is not it. However, if one considers eating this over regular potatoes chips is better, it may be so.

I don't know why a lot of these health products can't use olive olive instead of sunflower oil.

This should not be considered as health product or people are fooling themselves. At best this is a slightly better potato chips alternative. It's a highly processed product.

You know what I'm saying... The whole purpose of it is to create a more healthy option. So why use sunflower oil. Because it's cheaper I'm sure.

I may be in the minority, but the Atkins protein chips that Sam sells are as good or better than quest in my opinion. Normally $18 for 12 but they go on sale regularly with the rest of the Atkins products for $14. Making them a $1.17 a bag.
