Thermoworks is offering 25% off on any one item. They also have a sale on the highly rated Thermopop instant read thermometer. The two deals stack and the discount will appear in your cart during checkout. This is the lowest price I have seen for this thermometer.

For some reason their site added two thermopops to my cart and only discounted one. If that happens to you just delete the expensive one.

That's OPs words. Reality is it's 3-4 seconds read time. This is a great, reliable thermometer. I've had mine for 5 years and bought many for gifts. At this price, it's a no brainer.

If you want a good cheap thermometer this is the one to get. Thermoworks makes great and accurate products. Sorry but those $9 ThermpPro ones on Amazon are junk.

These are great for an inexpensive thermometer. I think I bought mine at full price and it was still worth it. Like someone else said, it's not "instant" (nor does it claim to be) but it's way quicker than other cheap thermometers you'll find online.
