Thermoworks is a trusted brand. Everything you posted looks to confuse buyers thinking they get a Thermoworks device only to find they get ThermoPro.

If you want a good cheap thermometer this is the one to get. Thermoworks makes great and accurate products. Sorry but those $9 ThermpPro ones on Amazon are junk.

That's OPs words. Reality is it's 3-4 seconds read time. This is a great, reliable thermometer. I've had mine for 5 years and bought many for gifts. At this price, it's a no brainer.

I bet they made the shipping cost increase update bc they realized their 25% off one item discount stacks with the blow out sale discounted items. I was about to buy all their blowout sale items but now changing my mind bc of the shipping cost increase.

You can still get the $5 shipping.

I used the online chat and pointed out the shipping price difference and they called me and placed the order with $5 shipping. Their web person is working on it, but you can call or chat to get the $5 shiiping and order over the phone.

I'm on my second thermopop, and the other one just wore out from too much use (and abuse) after 10+ years I think. I've bought them as gifts for basically everyone I know and would do so again. At $12 + shipping this is a no-brainer; these things are tough and really dang accurate.
