Morrowind is a fantastic game, I remember sinking well over 150 hours (or more) into it at the time. I even upgraded my graphics card at the time to get pettier water.
Just when you've thought you've seen every type of game! lol And it gets really good reviews, too. Thanks for the heads-up, OP.
Looks like Cliff Racer is back on the menu boys!

I loved Morrowind and had bought it twice. (First time as a standalone, second time as part of the Skyrim Legendary Edition with all the other Elder Scroll games)
That is said choosing to give a 2002 game in 2023 reflects a budget cut in Prime Gaming...
Even Skyrim is already 11+ years old being released in 2011...
But anyway, I already have too many games from Xbox Game Pass and can play all Ubisoft games I own on Luna so the reduced benefits from Prime Gaming and Amazon Music are less critical to me personally.

I loved the lore and the actual true sense of adventure . Loved the trick you could pull in balmora and just kill the guards and sell their armour and build up your wealth and skills

Space Warlord Organ Trading Simulator Is definitely worth ~4 hours of playtime to get a feel for the story.

There are apparently a ton of different endings but I only played 5 hours, enough to get one and start but not finish another playthrough before it left Game Pass.

Can you mod Prime games? Morrowind has some of the best modding, and makes it better than AAA rpgs coming out now. The base game is a classic experience though

ES3: Morrowind is the granddaddy of modern open world RPGs. One of my all-time favorites and has a soft spot in my heart.

Graphics are 20 years old, so not cutting edge. But also hasn't aged too poorly.

It's free. Get it. Play it.

Really? No DRM with Prime? That's pretty surprising 😮

Yep unless it's one that's claimed on origins or epic... But either way any of them can be installed on steam deck

AI and RTX being used to massively improve graphics! (I think that its just being shown what can be done with the 4090... Someone may be doing the full game...)
