Awesome. Bought (2) 40lb bags of the cherry for $28.99. That brings the cost to $14.50 each. That's the lowest on the 40lb bag in a while.

The 40# bags have been coming in and out of stock all day. The only flavors that are 100% what they say on the bag are Oak and Alder, all the other flavors are blended with one of those depending on which region they are made in.

Everything I have ever made on my Big Green Egg has been wonderful - the Thanksgiving turkey every year, steaks, ribs, pork shoulder, you name it. I have never dried anything out in it - highly recommended. I know there are lots of options out there now at various price ranges. I also recommend you get yourself a remote thermometer so you can make sure your smoker is in the right temperature range for the duration of the cook.

80 lbs of pellets for $31 delivered to my front door. Not bad. I usually use Pit Boss brand because they're cheap but I've heard such good things about Bear Mountain, decided to give the Hickory and Oak a try.

Turn your temperature down. Low and slow will keep you from drying out your food. It may take longer but the results will be much better. Also, invest in a Bluetooth thermometer if you don't like going to check the temperature of your meats. Temperature is important.

Giftcards are also BOGO so with just $20 you can get 4 bags of 20lbs with change leftover. 40lb bags would be the better deal here with buying $30 worth of giftcards (20+10) you can get 160lbs of pellets. Only thing is the risk of the promo ending before you get the giftcards
