Hey thanks for the answer. I went ahead and bought the TCL 55S555 from Best Buy instead. I figured this model is in the middle and it was also on sale. I can tell material wise it's not as nice as my 6-series and the picture is not quite as good. I can only imagine how much worse the 4-series is. Hopefully, the kids won't break this one.

My 4yr old smashed my TVL 6 series from 2018. This one does not support DV and the color difference is very noticeable. But for $250 it was a reasonable replacement till this toy throwing phase is over.

Picked this deal up today. Instructions on the TV were very clear how to handle it and to use two people to hang. I guess its easy to damage the screen if mishandled. It needed two additional 6 mm screws to fasten the wall brackets. The remote and instructions were pretty well hidden inside the bottom of the packing. Quick set up just before the Eagles game. Great picture and sound was fine. I was planning on waiting for a better TV but this price point was too good to pass up.

I bought one of these for my PS4 and it was great so I then bought another one for my PS5 and mounted it right above The first one. My son and I play Rocket League together. Very very nice TV. Love the user interface. Really like the picture quality

I have this model from 2020. While I like it, the brightness can be an issue in rooms that get sunlight. Also, the darks are often extremely hard to see in low-light shows/movies.

I have the 43" version of this TV that I bought in Summer 2022 for ~$115 on Slickdeals. It was cheaper than it ended up being on Black Friday lol.

Anyways, great TV, no complaints especially for the price. Honestly should have gotten 2 at $115 each haha

If you mostly watch HDR content, buy the 5 series since it has Dolby Vision and decent HDR performance. The 4 series does not have Dolby Vision and has poor HDR performance, so it is only good for watching SDR content.
