It was $70 a month ago at Verizon and ppl were sharing codes.
I missed out on that deal but I got the fusion for half off from Verizon. I don't know if it's because it has a cord but I'm just not impressed with the paddles on the back

Idk if it works now but if you had the prior fusion, they were sending the new ones out for free for any issue you had with yours. my headset wasn't working with windows 11 in my case. I was able to get a few of them because they kept sending it to my neighbors instead of me. "Lost package" 😂
It's been a while since I purchased an Elite Controller (though my last was also a series 2), or perhaps the introduction of a 'Core' model flew under my radar (the normal controller is now a 'Starter Bundle'), but I was somewhat disappointed when this controller arrived yesterday from the Woot deal yesterday.
This specific product does not include any of the back-paddles, replacement thumbsticks, nor the swap-out cardinal direction d-pad. The general product description makes mention of these, but they are not included when you scroll down to review the contents of the box. It strictly includes the Controller, the two base thumbsticks and d-pad, along with the cable and tool to adjust the thumbstick resistance.
For someone like me who has ordered an Elite Controller Series 2 in the past, I didn't bother to look at the details. This is a non-issue for me as I can swap paddles from my older controllers, but for potential new buyers who hear positive things from friends/family around its features, it's just something to be aware of.

The standard kit for a Series 2 (which I guess is now referred to as the Starter Bundle) would include:
Six total thumbsticks (two standard, two taller stalked, and two rounded-dome thumbsticks)
Two d-pad styles (one is cardinal, the other is omni like this one)
Four paddle that slot into the back of the controller (two are short, two are long)
A carrying case to store these items, plus the cable and the thumbstick tension tool
I guess some come with a charging dock too now, but I have never seen it.
Basically with this product, you're just getting exactly what you see on the Controller itself, plus the tension tool and cable. You would need to purchase the cardinal-direction d-pad, the paddles, and the alternate thumbsticks separately.

I didn't have it in my offers initially, but after accepting like 5-8 offers, it popped up in the end.
