Paramount immediately cancelled my sub after I opened the dispute.

Wish veterans could get in on it, but either way, that's an amazing offer.
Why haven't I seen this posted more on this "member-centered, member-driven collaboration website aimed at helping make the best purchase through information sharing"
Oh….probably no kickback from Amex
Pay with a Capital One virtual credit card (you can create a CC number via their Chrome plugin). Then set the virtual card to lock down a day after Paramount+ test your CC for $1. Next month payment will fail (they will try every week), but Paramount won't cancel for about another 4 weeks. Then hop onto another code using the same virtual card (re-activated for 1 day). The best part - no need to contact anybody to cancel the trial.
EDIT: And to eliminate the chance they try to charge you anyway, or just in case you forget to cancel, use Paypal as your payment method and then just cancel the automatic charge in your Paypal settings.
I signed up for their one month free trial. I couldn't get the app to download on a Fire TV so I tried to cancel. When I tried the web page said they don't like when people cancel so were offering to extend my trial an additional month for a total of 2 months. I accepted the offer and my next billing date was two months away on Feb 28.
Three week later I get an email saying my trial is about to end and I will be billed. I check my account and it is still showing Feb. 28 as my next billing date so I figured the email was just auto generated for new trial accounts. Then on January 28 I was billed $10.
So I go on their website to contact them. Their chat function didn't work and you couldn't send them an email. You had to contact them through Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram or by phone (where I assume they keep you on hold until you hang up.
Who doesn't allow you to contact customer service via email? Why should I have to join social media platforms to contact this company about ripping me off?
