I don't know how long it took me to complete my order, but it better be worth. I originally had 4 things in my cart when trying to complete my order. I went through each step that you have to submit and wait to start the next part of completion (items it cart, submit, address, submit, payment, submit, etc) when it said 1 of my items was out of stock. I open another tab because I'll be damned if I was touching the one I was in. I took the OOS item off and another item that was just an after thought because of all of this craziness I have to go through. I went back to submit my cart and had to put payment in again and of course waited.
Like others have said before, it might come broken or DOA. I bought some tools over the holidays, but picked them up and they were ok. I have 3 more free shipping items I can use to see if the other item comes back in stock, but I'm exhausted just trying to maneuver their site.
