i got one before and these were just thrown in the box / with minimal padding. My first one had crack housing but looked new. The exchange process to return, wait and then they ship another. lame. Second I got was also slightly banged up but looked used. platform turning was not smooth and the metal frame paint was chipped all over.

Ordered one, curious to see what condition it shows up in. Hopefully it is accurate enough for baseboard/trim cuts to fit cleanly.
