I've had good luck with Asus, but it depends on whether you want DDR4 or DDR5 RAM. If you are doing a new build, then go with DDR5. If you are upgrading and already have DDR memory, then pick a board that supports DDR4. Also, go with Z690 over Z790 as it's less expensive with almost all the same features of Z790.

Intel's SRP for the 13400 is $221, so a sale for $219 isn't that great of a deal. The others are significantly lower than SRP though.

Anyone have success getting another retailer to price match MC? I'm down the street from a Best Buy right now. Do I try the price match in person or online?

I think it was mentioned before, but if you have DDR4 memory you want to use in your new build and the motherboard supports both, probably not. But if going for a fresh build why not.
