I think the previous low was $1399.99 for the 65" model.

Note for those purchasing it... I had the "white glove delivery" and they bent the tv the first time they installed it and had to replace it. Basically, make sure you don't pick it up from the corners of the tv. Pick it up with one hand on each side and then one hand on each side of the base. You will NOT be able to pick up this TV with just one person - it's too thin and will possibly (probably?) bend. Added an image of where the direction say to pick up for the 65".

Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

edit: back when I got mine I got the Upsie [upsie.com] warranty for it (which covers burn in). Use promo code PLAYOFF for a 10% discount on the warranties. I got the 3 year myself but up to you of course.
3 Year Warranty - $153.89
5 Year Warranty - $341.99

Just as a heads up for all non-EPP people who want the deal: if you have AAA membership this deal works.

Navigate here: https://discounts.aaa.com/home-bu...ts/samsung

Enter your info and you'll be redirected to Samsung's website. You'll see the TV listed as $16XX, but as soon as you get into checkout, it'll show as $1259.99.

Enjoy!

The whole fragile thing is overblown. Picked mine up and had no issues.

The first thing one sees when opening the box is an image clearly showing not to lift by the corners. There is no shortage of places to lift from, just stay away from the corners.

Glad I got this over the C2, as the picture is ridiculously good.

Only downside so far are the UI and remote as they kinda suck, but I use an AppleTV so don't really care anyway.

Picked this up yesterday for my bedroom. 77 LG C1 in my living room. I honestly was disappointed in the LG due to lack of brightness and color compared to my previous LED array TV (Vizio PSX, bright, sharp but buggy as hell)
Got the amazing price, plus was able to use some near expired Samsung credit.

Picked it up myself from best buy (for in a 2017 Prius!) Unboxed and setup myself. Was a bit stress inducing given the thin upper, but avoided the corners and everything's good!

I'd absolutely recommend 2 people if possible, but I was able to do it without too much of an issue.

Honestly I don't care about 1" vs 1/8" depth, I just wish they made them sturdier!

Came with the nerfed software already on it, so I'll go ahead and connect to the internet. 1420 current SW at unboxing and avoiding internet connection.

The 2023 models sounds great, will offer 77, but won't be anywhere near this price for awhile. LG G3 also looks promising.

I got this TV at Costco about a month ago, and it's been a huge disappointment, was going to return it and get a 77" C2. Now I'm torn between doing that and returning it and picking it up again for dirt cheap and waiting for QD OLED to mature and then get a 77" QD OLED in a few years.

For me the main downsides were - out of the box color accuracy was horrible. I was able to calibrate with a colorimeter, to get it looking pretty accurate. But once calibrated accurately, it's really not noticeably brighter than my LG CX OLED. Overall the image still looked better on the CX. The Samsung also exhibits crushed blacks and no shadow detail.

On top of that the menu systems and remote are truly awful. I've never plugged it into the internet (I use a Nvidia Shield) to stay on FW 1310, maybe I'll try the new update before returning it.

As far as the lack of Dolby Vision, that's another concern. I know that HDR10+ is supposed to be the open source equivalent. But question for everyone talking about how all the streaming services support HRD10+ -does all the DV content on those services play back in HDR10+ or does it have to be specifically mastered for it?

But the price is hard to pass up. Think there's any chance Costso would do a price adjustment/match so I don't have to go through the hassle of return and rebuy?
There have been many YouTube videos discussing the color accuracy being bad out of box and then calibrating bringing brightness way down. I also would like to see Dolby vision support since it's clearly more common. On paper this tv is awesome but in your home it seems debatable. Great price here but let's be real if this tv was the cats meow it wouldn't be this low.

What is the manufacture date on back of your TV?

Best deal ever, you will not regret buying it. The menu is sometimes laggy, Hopefully Samsung will fix this in firmware update. Use 4K fire stick for fast menu response. I think retail you not gives some money back.

Get tired of seeing all these Samsung special buyer deals, they are more like a "YMMV" for many
The Samsung discount programs are far easier for people to take advantage of than other companies, hell even AAA members can get discounts like this TV. The LG partner program seems to be much more difficult to qualify for.

I have the 55in version in my bedroom as well as a 77 C1 and an 83in C2. This is by far my favorite of the three

I was set on a C2, since LG is giving me 20% back as a rebate for my faulty burn in E8. So, is the C2 for about $1360 a better choice? I keep waiting for the C2 to drop cheaper, but new week, same price.

The general consensus on the AVS Forum is that firmware updates have fixed a lot of those "issues" out of the box and the TV still trumps the C2 in brightness among other things.

It's almost like some of you are in a trance when it comes to DV. As many have said, whatever benefit it may provide doesn't matter if you're working with an inferior panel ala the C2. Lack of DV I'd a total none issue.

Do what I did. Go to Best Buy and look at the two of them. The Samsung blows the C2 away.

Brightness yes. Everything else debatable including build quality, OS, color accuracy, etc. I am a Samsung guy but don't trust this one. Again price is low for a reason. Even Samsung said the build quality is a problem hence why the new version of this is going to be better.

How much price difference are you willing to stomach for the LG C2or Sony OLEDs?
Even if the prices were the same, I'd take the Samsung 95B over an OLED…and I've had an LG OLED for about 5 years. I had clear burn in at about 10,000 hrs (2 yrs), which LG corrected by a free panel replacement, but after another 2 yrs, the burn in was back. And I was NOT using a "torch" mode, and specifically keeping contrast and brightness lower. Unfortunately our TV sees a lot of CNN/Fox, and the burn in corresponded to the "breaking news", and screen bottom ticker. If you absolutely don't watch something with fixed overlays, the LG OLED is a FANTASTIC choice! Having said that, I'm delighted with the 95B. Some upscaled video doesn't look the greatest, while upscaled from other sources is just fine. 4K native material leaves nothing to be desired, as far as I'm concerned. My biggest complaint about it is user interface, which is very different from LG and Sony that I've had. In the end, however, it's about picture and sound.
