I think the previous low was $1399.99 for the 65" model.

Note for those purchasing it... I had the "white glove delivery" and they bent the tv the first time they installed it and had to replace it. Basically, make sure you don't pick it up from the corners of the tv. Pick it up with one hand on each side and then one hand on each side of the base. You will NOT be able to pick up this TV with just one person - it's too thin and will possibly (probably?) bend. Added an image of where the direction say to pick up for the 65".

Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

edit: back when I got mine I got the Upsie [upsie.com] warranty for it (which covers burn in). Use promo code PLAYOFF for a 10% discount on the warranties. I got the 3 year myself but up to you of course.
3 Year Warranty - $153.89
5 Year Warranty - $341.99

Just as a heads up for all non-EPP people who want the deal: if you have AAA membership this deal works.

Navigate here: https://discounts.aaa.com/home-bu...ts/samsung

Enter your info and you'll be redirected to Samsung's website. You'll see the TV listed as $16XX, but as soon as you get into checkout, it'll show as $1259.99.

Enjoy!

The whole fragile thing is overblown. Picked mine up and had no issues.

The first thing one sees when opening the box is an image clearly showing not to lift by the corners. There is no shortage of places to lift from, just stay away from the corners.

Glad I got this over the C2, as the picture is ridiculously good.

Only downside so far are the UI and remote as they kinda suck, but I use an AppleTV so don't really care anyway.

Add the tv to the app then you see there is a calibration setting, point your phone cam at the tv, and Samsung will auto calibrate the tv for you.
In other words ... the better the phone camera the better the calibration. Not everybody will be using a Iphione 14 or Samsung 22?

Compared both C2 and s95b 65 inches at my home today. Samsung blows LG c2 completely. It is a different league, and I am talking with the latest software. I calibrated Samsung with smartthings app and I can vouch for this TV.

Here is a blind test of 4 panels...you cant buy the Panasonic here in the United States
But I think its a good test of several TVs including the LG G2, Samsung S95K and Sony A95K

Are you actually reading what I'm writing? I don't Even need to click on the link to know what video your linking to. I said the "average" person when the screens are "not side by side". Those were video experts who do content grading on professional $30,000 mastering screens on a daily basis, looking at the TVs side by side.

When I calibrated my screens I used a colorimeter, Not the built-in app where you use your phone and it flashes a couple colors for 15 seconds. (Although I tried that last night after updating the firmware and got much worse results than using a real meter). when properly calibrated to rec 709 or 2020 and not using use any of the brightness boosting settings that kills accuracy, there are very subtle differences between these two screens.

It only supports a couple phones, I think the latest couple iPhones, Galaxy S, fold, and flip series are the only ones compatible.

The results I got when I used my phone were a lot less accurate than a colorimeter though.

I brought TV home today and I hate it. Soap opera effect is still noticable even with everything turned off. Also, my cable box looked not crisp. My current LG E8 is way better handling that content. Netflix looked nice in HDR, but still soapy. Screw it. Back to the drawing board.

Gross, there has to be a frame interpolation / smooth motion setting you can disable right?

Oof, that's a bold move on Samsung's part. They'll get cancellations if LG makes a similar move on their C2's

Exactly, I may be one of them if the price is right

Yes I read what you posted...but you are projecting something that you really dont have any evidence or data to substantiate in regard to your " average" person comment

If you have statistical data to show the " average person" cannot see a difference in the manner that you claim then please post it

As I said before, lets agree to disagree on the differences that we see. I used the experts as a litmus test to show what is really there

Its quite the opposite from where I see it
You might also read some expert reviews as well

I would say that is much more notable than hearsay posts on the internet
