Super interesting laptop. Released Aug 2018, retailed for probably $1650 as configured. https://www.pcmag.com/reviews/dell-latitude-5491

Backlit keyboard, ~9 hours of battery. 3x USB, Thunderbolt, HDMI, VGA, RJ-45! Might have a working SIM slot, hard to say.

Seems like a very decent deal.

edit: reviews on Newegg say it is not 1920x1080. Probably not worth the hassle to gamble on it. Shucks.

Specifications on eBay lists 1920 x 1080 as its resolution

They don't test them before they send them out, and if you get a bad one you have to return it to them before you can get a replacement. Most places at the very least will put a hold on your card and send a replacement instead of leaving you in the lurch. Not these sleazebags.

I purchased a 7490 two days ago and will be delivered tomorrow. To be honest, I have no idea about this part but saw lots of positive comments about customer service. Some people complained about the battery according to them, if it is under %85 efficiency, they send you a new battery replacement.

I got recently got a Dell 5491 from Dell Refurb with a bad keyboard (worn keys). They offered to send me the keyboard replacement part but I told them I prefer returning for an exchange and they immediately sent me the shipping label. If you are not in a hurry, it's a pretty good experience and they pretty much release the replacement order when the tracking number scans, not waiting for it to arrive at their warehouse. The 1st unit looked pretty new but the 2nd unit is flawless, not with even a light scratch so I'm pretty happy with it.

I am also looking to order it from Dell Refurb site. The listing says Grade B. Is that the one you ordered?
