Heck, even on my vintage (heavy, all metal) film SLRs, a large bounce flash seems delicate. I can't imagine adding all that other crap on the body.
If you really must use all that crap, I'd go with something like the grip style "L-bracket" that attaches to the tripod mount at the bottom of the camera. If you have to have the mounts directly above the camera, maybe try something like this (though I know nothing about this particular one: https://www.amazon.com/ChromLives...B0
