Yes, the one that was rejectec was my first submission.
I just got one rejected. It was in store purchase and I used the online copy of the receipt which was obviously very clear to read because it was not a picture . The email gives no way to correct the situation

I just tried the receipt again with a different email and got rejected - also tried contacting them with their email form

I'm starting to feel like this whole promotion was just a trick to get us to buy more lube, and it worked. Either that, or they only had something like 5,000 gift cards to give away, and they weren't expecting everybody to buy the very cheapest tube of lube available to get the $10 gift card. This promotion is probably going to cost them a lot of money. That could be why they are now rejecting perfectly good and legible online receipts for purchases and calling them "fraudulent". Mine even clearly shows the exact same email address that I was emailing them with on the online receipt, and they still claimed that it wasn't adequate proof that I bought the product. I'm seriously thinking of just sending them a picture of the lube, with my email written on a piece of paper next to it.

Has anyone actually been approved yet? Both my target and Walmart receipts were declined. One online and the other printed in store.

They seem to be getting tougher. My first approved in 15 minutes. My 2nd was rejected twice claiming receipt was illegible but it was digital

Im keeping my unopened and plan on returning - especially if they reject

I tried resubmitting my online WalMart receipt for a 2nd time but selected "in-store purchase" this time, which is what someone suggested on here. Didn't help, because I just got this from them:

"We're sorry to let you know that the image of your receipt that you submitted could not be accepted. We were unable to verify the image as a valid receipt. Make sure to take the picture of your receipt with ample lighting showing your entire receipt with qualifying purchase and resubmit it by 3/7/23."

IF YOU WERE DENIED AND HAD A LEGIT SUBMISSON, GO HERE AND FILL OUT.

Make sure you have the rebate submisstion # that is shown in the lower left of your rejection email to reference.

If you keep getting denied and have a 100% solid submission, call J&J and raise hell with them. 800# s/b on the box of the KY item.

I did exactly what you did the first time and got the same result. What I did the second time was - with the same purchase:
- Choose online purchase (even though it was an in store purchase)
- In whatever merchant's website (e.g. Walmart, Target) you should be able to access a gift receipt, which is a digital version of the physical receipt. Screenshot that and upload.
Was successful the second time.

Was successful 2 times so far - one physical receipt, one digital. For digital receipts it seems that the screenshot of the gift receipt (you have to look for the link but it will probably be there) works well. It also helps to select online purchase instead of in-store for uploading a screenshot of a digital receipt. For the second attempt, used a different name, email, and address. Also unplugged then plugged ethernet cord to home router for good measure for submitting for second time on the same machine.

Receipt was approved within 2 hours for both attempts.

Thanks. People suggested the other way around earlier in the thread. My receipt from the website looks like a regular receipt , its just perfect. I have already submitted twice and filled out the contact form so I am going to wait and see what happens with the contact form.

Did you use same email on resubmission?

I bought online but chose the in-store method for upload. The system will reject it if uploaded via the online method

Got mine with a trimmed photo of a cash register receipt, item "starred" with a pen, and selected In-store.

I purchased from walmart.com. For the life of me I cannot find a gift receipt option on my account, any advice?
