I purchased using Walmart Pay - I should have just gotten a physical receipt - now I have a support case open and should give them 5 days before I try to resubmit
Regarding movie ticket prices, yes of course $10 doesn't cover the price of even 1 ticket unless you go at the discount hours or days. It's possible to see a movie here for under $10 but only if you go to a matinee or on a Tuesday or some other promo.
"We're sorry to let you know that the image of your receipt that you submitted could not be accepted. We were unable to verify the image as a valid receipt. Make sure to take the picture of your receipt with ample lighting showing your entire receipt with qualifying purchase and resubmit it by 3/7/23."
