Being aluminum, these are not compatible with induction cooktops.
The 5-star reviews were all part of a free promotion. Actual unpaid reviews are really poor. Users complained about poor quality and lids not fitting the pans.
Being aluminum does not exclude pans from working with induction. I have an aluminum pan that works w induction because it has a steel disk in it. Basically just look for pans that advertise induction. If they support it, they will advertise it.

Been looking for an 8" egg pan since my Calphalon Premiere set didn't come with one. I'll give this a try and just save the others.

A nice cheap way to compare non sticks

Got free shipping with the Macy's card (or maybe just for being a star rewards member)

anyone know the differences between the sets?
Is it just outer appearance/ability to stack them?
